Return Policy

Jammbak Marketplace is committed to providing a flexible and fair return policy to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with UAE laws.

2.1 Return Window:

• Products can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

• Specific categories, such as home appliances or electronics, may have shorter return periods (e.g., 7 days). This will be clearly indicated in the product listing.

2.2 Return Conditions:

• Eligible for Return:

o Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.

• Not Eligible for Return:

o Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

o Items without their original packaging or missing accessories.

o Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable."

2.3 Return Process:

• To request a return, log into your Jammbak account or contact customer service with your order details and reason for return.

• Approved returns will be collected by a Jammbak delivery partner within 3-5 business days. Alternatively, customers can return items at their expense using a trackable shipping method.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs:

• Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs:

o The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was damaged during shipping.

• Free Return Offers:

o For items with “Free Return” offers, Jammbak will cover the cost of return shipping.

2.5 Inspection and Refund:

• Upon receiving the returned product, Jammbak will inspect the item to ensure it meets return eligibility.

• If approved, a refund will be processed as per the terms stated in our refund policy.

تلتزم منصة جمبك بتقديم سياسة إرجاع مرنة وعادلة لضمان رضا العملاء مع الامتثال للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

2.1 فترة الإرجاع:

• يمكن إرجاع المنتجات خلال 15 يومًا من تاريخ التسليم، بشرط أن تكون في حالتها الأصلية وتغليفها الأصلي.

• قد تخضع فئات معينة مثل الأجهزة المنزلية أو الإلكترونية لفترات إرجاع أقصر (مثل 7 أيام)، وسيتم توضيح ذلك بوضوح في وصف المنتج.

2.2 شروط الإرجاع:

• المنتجات المؤهلة للإرجاع:

o يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة، مع جميع التغليفات الأصلية، والملصقات، والكتيبات، والملحقات.

• المنتجات غير المؤهلة للإرجاع:

o المنتجات التي تظهر عليها علامات الاستخدام أو التلف أو التعديل.

o المنتجات التي تفتقد تغليفها الأصلي أو أي من ملحقاتها.

o المنتجات الموصوفة بأنها "بيع نهائي" أو "تخفيضات" أو "غير قابلة للإرجاع".

2.3 عملية الإرجاع:

• لطلب إرجاع منتج، قم بتسجيل الدخول إلى حسابك على منصة جمبك أو تواصل مع خدمة العملاء مع تفاصيل الطلب وسبب الإرجاع.

• سيتم جمع المنتجات الموافق على إرجاعها من قبل شريك توصيل تابع لـ جمبك خلال 3-5 أيام عمل. أو يمكن للعملاء إعادة المنتجات على نفقتهم باستخدام طريقة شحن يمكن تتبعها.

2.4 تكاليف الشحن للإرجاع:

• مسؤولية تكاليف الإرجاع:

o يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن للإرجاع ما لم يكن المنتج معيبًا أو تعرض للتلف أثناء الشحن.

• عروض الإرجاع المجاني:

o بالنسبة للمنتجات التي تتضمن عروض "إرجاع مجاني"، ستتحمل جمبك تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.

2.5 الفحص والاسترداد:

• عند استلام المنتج المرتجع، ستقوم جمبك بفحص المنتج للتأكد من أهليته للإرجاع.

• في حال تمت الموافقة، سيتم معالجة الاسترداد وفقًا للشروط الموضحة في سياسة الاسترداد الخاصة بنا.
